About Me

Hello, my name is Karen,

I am a dedicated & fully trained Holistic Therapist with a deep passion for Eastern medicine & philosophies. Over the years I have immersed myself in many natural practices, learning how to approach each individual with care and understanding. My journey first began when I discovered the remarkable benefits of Reflexology & its powerful impact as a treatment. Since then I have gone on to study various Eastern forms of therapy. Drawing inspiration from natural traditions such as Ayurveda & Chinese medicine, I have developed a unique approach & style to assist others in finding equilibrium through ancient holistic techniques.

REFLEXOLOGY

A truly tranquil therapy, that applies gentle pressure to either your hands, face or feet. By working key reflex points, it aids recovery and can restore balance throughout the entire body

MASSAGE

With extensive training & qualifications in various massage forms, I offer a range of techniques to cater to your unique needs. whether you prefer a specific type or opt for a for a blend of techniques. I will work with what your body needs & requires.

CONSULTATIONS

As a fully qualified Ayurvedic consultant and lover of all Eastern medicine, I use a number of various tools and techniques to advice you on how to regain balance. Be it through Lifestyle, Diet, Herbs, Oils and / or Treatments.
